You will have up to 30 days before your trip to decide if you want to pick a new date in 2020 or postpone and transfer the amount paid towards a travel credit. Don’t stress, there is no rush to use the credit straight away. Your credit will last three years and can be used in any of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 summer seasons.
If your week is Cancelled, you will be notified immediately, no later than 30 days prior to your departure date. Your booking will automatically be converted to travel credits. Travel credits are valid for 3 years.

No. As with guests that have opted to delay their 2nd instalment, you will be no worse off than them, i.e. if you decide to cancel before the 3rd instalment date, 30 days out, the 2nd instalment (and 3rd if paid in advance) will be returned.

First of all you should contact the airline to confirm the options available to you, including alternative flights and/or refunds. We understand how frustrating this can be. Should you not be able to get to SailWeek you have booked, the cancellation policy found on your booking will apply, but consider picking a new date in 2020 or postponing and transferring the amount paid towards a travel credit. Travel credits are valid for 3 years (see above).
You should also contact your airline and your insurance company to confirm the compensation options available.
If you have paid the full amount and your flight gets cancelled within 30 days prior the trip please send us the proof of the cancelled flight and 100% of the amount paid will be transferred to travel credit which is valid for the next 3 years.
